GNDU Date Sheet 2021 (Released) – Download Revised GNDU Time Table

GNDU Date Sheet 2021 – Guru Nanak Dev University has announced the GNDU date sheet 2021 on the official website at gndu.ac.in. The candidates belonging to various UG as well as PG courses along with the other courses will be able to download the GNDU date sheet 2021 through the website now that it is out. Details that will be available on the date sheet include the likes of the exam date, time, and day for each subject. Students writing their private, regular exams as well as those re-appearing for the exams can download the date sheet from the official website.

As has been issued by the Punjab Government, the remaining exams for GNDU students in Amritsar as far as the odd semester examinations are concerned will start from April 11, 2021 in the offline mode as has been scheduled. The candidates must keep a check on the university website and they can check the date sheet on the same. As for the timings and the examinations centres, they will remain the same as before. The GNDU exams were cancelled since the state observed a shutdown of colleges and schools until March 31. While the exams are now being conducted offline, students are not very happy about it. Students had protested regarding the same and while the university did give in to some of their demands, conducting online exams wasn’t one of them.

Here’s a step by step guide to downloading the GNDU date sheet

  • Head to the official website of GNDU at https://online.gndu.ac.in
  • Head to the section that reads Examination and from there, head to the tab that says Date sheet
  • Here, you will find the date sheets for all the courses that have been uploaded by the university. Pick your course and download the date sheet
  • Candidates writing the exam can also find the date sheet in the Student’s corner of the website

In case any student finds there is a discrepancy of any form once they have gone through the dates for both theories as well as practical exam dates for GNDU exams 2021, they can report the same to the university so as an action can be taken.

Things to do after downloading GNDU Date Sheet

Ahead of the exams, candidates will also have to bear the GNDU Admit card. The same will be made available on the official website and hence, candidates must keep a check on the same at keeping a tab on the Students Corner of the website. In order to download the GNDU semester Hall Ticket, candidates will have to enter the roll number along with the password and they will then be able to download the admit card as released by the university.

Guidelines To Be Followed by GNDU Students

– The candidates must be present at the examination hall 15 minutes ahead of their schedule so as to fill out the OMR front of the answer sheets

– The candidates will be able to start their paper from 9 a.m. and the exam will go on until 12 p.m.

– Candidates must not use coloured pencils or diagram in any of the subjects

– Candidates are to ensure that all the necessary covid-19 precautions as measured above are maintained along with social distancing and regular sanitisation of hands

COVID safety rules during GNDU exams 2021

Candidates are expected to follow the necessary precautions in order to ensure that they are safe amid the Coronavirus. They must maintain social distancing and there must be a distance of 1 meter between two students. Candidates must wear a mask and sanitise their hands regularly. In case a student is sick, he/she must avoid attending the examination.

As for the safety of the students and in light of the pandemic, the university has ensured that not more than 25 to 30 students must be present in a single exam room. Along with that, other measures as advised during the pandemic will be followed by both teachers and students. Candidates who are heading to the exams from remote places have been allotted hostel rooms to save them the trouble of daily travel.
