To get the registration done, you have to visit the nearest Common Service Center. There the operators will check your eligibility and then will offer you the procedure through which you can get registered under the scheme.

After about a week from the registration, you have to visit the Common Service Center once again to check whether you have been successfully registered or not. If the registration is successful, then you will be provided with a Smart Card. The whole registration process should cost you a mere amount of Rs. 30/-.

  1. Visit the official website at https://pmjay.gov.in first.
  2. On the top right band, you will find the tab for Eligibility on which you need to click.
  3. On the Login page that comes up, provide your mobile number and enter the captcha.
  4. Click to get OTP.
  5. As you enter the received OTP, a new page will open, where you have to select your State.
  6. After selecting your State, again a new page will come up where you have to select a category according to your choice such as mobile number, name, or ration card through which you wish to Login.
  7. Based on the category that you have selected, you have to provide the information next to finally log into the portal.

As you log into the portal, you will get the desired information about your eligibility or even about the scheme details and facilities that you wish to avail of.
