Registration or Updating Mobile Number

If you wish to register or update your mobile number, you can do so like this.

  1. On the SCV Customer Login page, click on the link to Create User Id through Email.
  2. A box will appear where you have to select your user mode from a dropdown menu and have to provide the detail accordingly.
  3. Enter the email id that you wish to make your user id.
  4. Next, enter the displayed code and submit.

When you have a look at the SCV Portal, you will find there are two different Login options provided. One is for the operators and the other one is for the customers.

SCV Operator Login

SCV Operator Login is for the operators who are running the cable connection in a particular region.

  1. Go to the official SCV portal through the official link https://portal.scv.in/login.
  2. On the topmost part of the screen, you will find the option for Operator Login.
  3. As you click on Operator Login, a Login page will open.
  4. Here you have to provide your username and password.
  5. Enter the displayed captcha and Login.

Forgotten your password? Follow this method.

  1. On the Operator Login Page, click on Forgot Password.
  2. On the fresh page, enter your username and Submit to proceed with the password recovery.

SCV Customer Login

If you are a customer of the SCV network, you can go for SCV Customer Login for various features and facilities on the portal.

  1. Similar to Operator Login, you have to again visit the official website https://scv.in/ for Customer Login.
  2. Now, click on Customer Login to get the Login page.
  3. Here, first select your mode from a dropdown menu.
  4. Next, enter the right details according to the mode that you have selected.
  5. Enter your password and captcha code to Login.

To recover your password, you have to follow a simple step.

  1. On the Customer Login Page, click on Forgot Password.
  2. A box will open where again you have to select your mode from a dropdown menu and have to provide your detail accordingly.
  3. Enter your captcha code and submit it to get your password.

SCV Quick Pay

Apart from logging into your profile and availing yourself of various facilities and services, there are also some shortcuts offered on the homepage of the portal. One such shortcut is of SCV Quick Pay for the services that you are using.

  1. Visit the Official Portal of SCV.
  2. Find the option of Quick Pay on the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Just enter your registered mobile number or your smartcard number.
  4. Click on Go to make your payment conveniently.

SCV Customer Complaint

Customers can register their complaints and can also track them from the SCV Portal itself.

  1. Go to the SCV portal and drag the mouse to the tab Consumer.
  2. The second option in the Consumer tab is Complaints on which you have to click.
  3. On the page that opens, enter your VC number or your registered mobile number and click on Verify to register your complaint.

After you have successfully registered your complaint, you should get a Complaint Number that you can use to track your complaint status by following this step.

  1. On the page for registering your complaint, you will find the option to track your complaint status on the right side of the page.
  2. Here, you have to enter your Complaint Number and click on Track Complaint Status.

You will get details about what has happened to the complaint that you have registered.
