The portal has been developed with the aim to offer healthcare services to patients in their respective homes only. The patients can get registered on the portal and can get suggestions from the doctors through the mode of video calling.

eSanjeevani OPD - An Overview

Some of the essential features that the patients can enjoy on the eSanjeevaniOPD portal are:

eSanjeevani OPD portal offers free service from the State Doctors to the patients.

How eSanjeevani OPD Works?

If you wish to consult a doctor through the portal of eSanjeevani, there is a flow that you have to follow.

Registration and Token:

The first thing that you need to do is to get your registration done at the portal and generate a token. This has to be done by completing the eSanjeevani OPD Patient Registration.

Login:

After you have successfully registered at the portal, you have to wait for an SMS notification through which you can perform the activity of eSanjeevani OPD Login.

Waiting Room:

When you have logged in successfully, you have to wait for some time for the CALL NOW button to appear.

Consultation:

When you click the CALL NOW button, the doctor will appear and you can get the consultation required.

ePrescription:

eSanjeevani OPD Patient Registration

Follow these steps to get your registration done on the eSanjeevani OPD portal.

  1. Visit the official website of eSanjeevaniOPD at www.esanjeevaniopd.in.
  2. Click on the tab of Patient Registration to get registered on the portal.
  3. On the registration page, enter your mobile number through which you wish to get registered.
  4. Next, select your State from a dropdown menu and continue with the registration process.

eSanjeevani OPD Login

There are two Login options on the portal eSanjeevani OPD.

eSanjeevani OPD Patient Login

Once you have registered on the portal as a patient, you have to wait for the token number on your mobile number through SMS for eSanjeevani OPD Login.

  1. Click on the link https://esanjeevani.mohfw.gov.in/#/ and click on the tab of Patient Login.
  2. On the Login page, you have to enter your registered mobile number and then the token number that you have received.
  3. Click on Login to proceed.

If you have somehow misplaced your token number, you can get it once again by following this method.

  1. On the eSanjeevnai OPD portal’s Patient Login page, you have to click on the link of Forgot Patient ID or Token No.
  2. Next, you have to enter your mobile number and click on the OK tab.

You should get the token number once again through SMS that you can use for eSanjeevani OPD Login.

eSanjeevani OPD Doctor Login

Similar to patients, doctors also have to follow the steps of eSanjeevani OPD Login to have a virtual meeting with the patients for consultation. Doctors get registered on the portal through the hospital.

  1. Like the Patient Login, you have to go to the eSanjeevaniOPD official portal first.
  2. Now, you have to click on the tab Doctor Login.
  3. Enter your mobile number on the Login page to get OTP.
  4. Next, you have to enter the received OTP to Login and proceed.

eSanjeevani OPD Patient Profile

Through the tab Patient Profile, you can get across a number of details and these are:

  • Downloading of the ePrescription
  • Adding or editing any family member
  • Generating or linking the account number for Ayushman Bharat Health and sharing records.

Here are the steps to get these features under Patient Profile.

  1. Go to the official eSanjeevaniOPD portal.
  2. Click on the tab Patient Profile.
  3. Enter your registered mobile number and click to get OTP.

Proceed by entering the OTP and getting the required services under the Patient Profile.

eSanjeevani OPD Timing

The timing of the OPD will be different for different states of the country. Hence, you should check out the timings carefully and then get your registration done accordingly to get the consultation of the right doctor accordingly.

  1. Visit the eSanjeevaniOPD portal and click on the Timings tab.
  2. On the Timings page, you will have to select your respective State from the list that is displayed on the screen.
  3. As you select your state, you will see the list of doctors and their timings.
  4. Note down the timings and then get registered for your consultation accordingly.

You can get registration on the portal anytime but you have to wait for the token generation for Login because the process of token generation starts only 15 minutes before the opening of a particular OPD.
