Rconnect Login is an initiative taken by Reliance Industries Limited for the convenience of their employees. The employees of the company can log into the profile to get a number of information such as salary slips, attendance records, holidays, and others.

Reliance Industries Limited is an Indian MNC and houses different subsidiary companies such as Reliance Capital, Reliance Health, Reliance Power, and many more. Moreover, the company has spread its wing of services in diverse sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, aviation, entertainment, construction, and so on.

The idea of developing the Rconnect portal is to offer a transparent platform to the employees where they can get various details.

Rconnect Login

In order to log into your Rconnect profile, you need to first complete the first-time login procedure. The first-time login option at Rconnect is different after which you can log in easily with your achieved login details.

  1. Go to the direct Rconnect portal through the link https://rconnect.ril.com/irj/portal.
  2. If you find a dialogue box with white background, click on Cancel to land on the actual Login page.
  3. The user id to enter here will be P(employee code).
  4. The password for first-time login will be Rr@(date of birth as YYYYMMDD).
  5. Click on Sign in to enter your profile.

After you have entered your profile once, you need to change the password and set something of your choice. So, when you login from next time onwards, the user id will be the same as first-time ie., P(employee code), but you have to enter the password that you have set.

Forgot Password – Rconnect Login

If you have changed your Rconnect password for better security, it may happen that you may have somehow forgotten the set password. In this case, you can reset your profile password in 2 different ways.

Option 1:

  1. You will find the option for password reset just below the Sign in button.
  2. You should land on the appropriate page for a password reset.
  3. From many given options, go for the option Password Reset.
  4. Type your user ID in the box that opens.
  5. Next, submit your name and date of birth to proceed.
  6. Type the OTP sent on your phone number.
  7. Verify your mobile number through this OTP and enter a new password
  8. Confirm your new password and click on Change Password

Option 2:

  1. After you have landed on the next page from the Sign-in page, select the option Password Reset using Aadhar/ PAN
  2. Type your User ID for Rconnect in the box that opens in the middle of the screen
  3. Now you have to select from PAN/ Aadhar through which you wish to reset your password.
  4. Enter your PAN or Aadhar number, whatever you have chosen earlier
  5. Provide the OTP sent on the phone number connected with PAN or Aadhar
  6. Once you have verified your mobile number, you will get the option to reset your password.

When your password is changed successfully, you will get a message on the screen after which you can log into your profile with your existing user id and the new password.

Apart from password reset, there are many other options too available on this page and these are:

  • Check your account status
  • Account Unlock
  • Reset store/ site ID
