Apna Khata Rajasthan (अपना खाता राजस्थान), Transfer Application, Status, Login Details – Digitalization has made lives much easier and comfortable for everyone today. Thus, taking the advantage of the benefit of digitalization, Rajasthan Government has lately introduced the portal Apna Khata. This portal has been developed mainly for farmers and landowners. The portal is the result of the collaborative efforts of the Department of Land Resouce Development and the Ministry of Rural Development.

The portal Apna Khata is also known by the name of E-Dharti. As the name denotes, the portal is mainly for the citizens of Rajasthan to check details about their land in the state. Apna Khata Jamabandi Copy (जमाबंदी प्रतिलिपि)

Follow these steps to know your Jamabandi copy online in place of visiting the respective offices.

Step – 1 – First, visit the portal apnakhata.raj.nic.in.

Step – 2 – From the map available on the homepage, choose your district from the dropdown menu.

Step – 3 – Next, you need to select your Tehsil name.

Step – 4 – Next, select your village from the options available.

Step – 5 – Finally, a page will come where you have to fill in the form with your details.

Step – 6 – Now you have to go to Options and select the copy option.

Step – 7 – Here, you can offer any of your details such as Khasra number, USN, name, or account number.

Step – 8 – After filling in the required details, you can see the Jamabandi copy in front of you that you can download and can also take a print-out of it.

Apna Khata Copy Fee (प्रतिलिपि शुल्क)

To get the copy, you have to pay a minimum fee. The current copy fee is as follows:

Though this is the current fee, you should check through the portal in order to see whether there are any changes in the fee from time to time. Below are the steps you can follow to check out the updated fees of any record.

Step – 1 – Visit the portal Apna Khata portal.

Step – 2 – From the homepage, click on the tab “प्रतिलिपि शुल्क”.

Step – 3 – A page will open up where you will be able to see the copy fee structure.

Apna Khata E-Mitra Login (ई-मित्र लॉगिन)

You can login to your E-Mitra account from the portal of Apna Khata by following these steps.

Step – 1 –  Visit the official portal of Apna Khata first at http://apnakhata.raj.nic.in/.

Step – 2 – You will get the tab for “ई-मित्र लॉगिन” on the homepage itself.

Step – 3 – A popup will come up on the homepage where you have to provide your E-Mitra username and password.

Step – 4 – Next, you have to provide the verification code and have to login.

You have to get your E-Mitra username and password from the official portal of E-Mitra if you do not have one. The portal Apna Khata just offers you the option of E-Mitra login but you can not register there.

Apna Khata Apply for Transfer (नामांतरण के लिये ऑनलाइन आवेदन)

The portal of Apna Khata or E-Dharti allows you to apply for transfer-related services through the portal. Follow these steps to get to know how to apply.

Step – 1 – Visit the e-Dharti portal first.

Step – 2 – On the homepage, you will find the tab “नामांतरण के लिये आवेदन करे” on which you have to click.

Step – 3 – A page will option in front of your that you need to start filling in Hindi strictly starting by your name, father’s name, and mobile number, email id, and address.

Step – 4 – Next, select your district and village and submit the application form.

Apna Khata Transfer Status Check (जिले के अनुसार नामांतरण की स्थिति)

After you have applied for a transfer, you can check the status of your transfer from the portal itself by following these steps.

Step – 1 – Go to the portal.

Step – 2 – At the homepage, click on the tab “नामांतरण की स्थिति”.

Step – 3 – Check through your district from the list that is displayed.

All the transfer details are mentioned on this page district-wise with the as-on date.

Apna Khata Revenue Office Login (राजस्व अधिकारी लॉगिन)

Apart from the citizens of Rajasthan, the portal also has the option for the revenue offices to log into the portal for various activities. Here are the steps that the revenue offices need to follow to login.

Step – 1 – Go to the official portal at www.apnakhata.raj.nic.in and click on “राजस्व अधिकारी लॉगिन (लाइसेन्स के लिये)” tab.

Step – 2 – On the page that opens, you have to provide your valid username and password.

Step – 3 – Type the correct captcha code and click login to enter the portal as a revenue officer.

Apna Khata Mobile Application

Citizens of Rajasthan can also install the Apna Khata mobile application and can enjoy the features with ease.

Step -1 – Open Google Playstore on your Android smartphones.

Step – 2 – Search for Apna Khata Rajasthan (अपना खाता राजस्थान).

Step – 3 – Click on Install and when for the application to get installed.

Step – 4 – After the application is installed on your device, click on Open and you can start using it instantly.

Usually, the portal has offered all the features and options through which the citizens of Rajasthan can avail the services and facilities. But if there is still any kind of issue or trouble, the applicants can visit the board office of the state. The users can visit the board office at Revenue Board Rajasthan, Todarmal Marg, Civil Line, Ajmer. But it has to be understood that the portal has been made for the convenience of the users. Hence, the users should visit the board office only in case of extreme emergency or when they are not able to get a service on the portal.
