SSO ID Portal Registration & Login – The Government of Rajasthan launched the SSO Rajasthan portal in the year 2013. The basic idea of the launch was to offer different services to the citizens of the state of Rajasthan under a single portal.

Often users get confused while accessing services on different applications individually. Remembering different usernames, IDs, and passwords can be a daunting and confusing task for users. Thus, there are many times when the user may have to spend some time either remembering the credentials or retrieving them before getting a task done. SSO Rajasthan Portal

Single Sign-On or better known as SSO Rajasthan is an online portal that is created to ease out the difficulties of the citizens at accessing different applications of Rajasthan Government services. The citizens just need to register with the portal to get their unique digital ID through which they can access all the applications on this portal. Hence, they do not have to meet the hurdle of remembering different IDs and passwords or have to visit different sites for the services. The aim of the Rajasthan Government was to offer a dedicated platform to the citizens, industries, and Government employees of Rajasthan for several services. The users need to create their SSO ID and password, through which they can log into the SSO portal and access a wide range of service options. This way, they do not have to get bothered about logging into any other application for diverse services available in the State.

Uses of SSO ID

Once the citizens have created an SSO ID on the SSO Rajasthan portal, the citizens can avail benefits from a good number of features available.

Government Employment

SSO ID Registration

So, getting registered with the SSO Rajasthan portal can offer a wide number of benefits to the citizens of Rajasthan. But how can you get registered with the portal? First, you should have a look at the eligibility criteria that you need to follow and the documents that you will require.

Eligibility Criteria

Only these individuals are eligible to get registered with the SSO Rajasthan portal.

  • Residents who have registered addresses in Rajasthan.
  • Businesses and Udhyog industries registered under the State of Rajasthan.
  • Employees of the Rajasthan State Government.

List of Required Documents for SSO ID Registration

In order to get registered with the portal, you need to have these important documents and credentials.

  • Aadhar card
  • Bhamashah ID Card
  • BRN Number – only for the Udhyog industries
  • SIPF ID – only for the Government employees
  • Login Credential for Facebook
  • Login Credentials for Google

How To Register for SSO ID?

For the process of registration, follow these common steps:

  1. Visit the official portal by clicking on the link sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
  2. Now click on the option of Registration that you will find on the homepage itself.
  3. Now you have to select from the option of Citizen, Udhyog, and Government Employee and then need to follow the steps accordingly.

Citizen

The normal citizens of Rajasthan need to follow these steps for registering.

  1. After you have clicked on the Citizen option, you have to select anyone from the options of Aadhar, Bhamashah, Facebook, and Google.
  2. Follow the step mentioned to sign up and get your SSO ID and password.

*Note – You also have to provide a proper mobile number that will get registered with the portal for future usage.

Udhyog

If you have the owner of a business of an industry registered under the State of Rajasthan, you have to click on the option of Udhyog and then need to follow these steps.

  1. After clicking on Udhyog, you have to select from the option of Udhyog Aadhar and BRN.
  2. Whatever you select, you have to provide the required number accordingly on the next page.
  3. Now, follow the steps accordingly to complete your process of registration.

*Note – Make sure to offer a proper mobile number during the registration.

Government Employee

If you are an employee working under the State Government of Rajasthan, you need to follow these steps for the registration process.

  1. Click on the option of Government Employee
  2. Next, click on the option of SIPF.
  3. On the next page, you have to provide your SIPF number and your password.
  4. Now, click on Next and follow the upcoming steps to complete your registration process.

*Note – Offering a proper mobile number of mandatory for registration for future help.

SSO ID Login

After you have successfully registered into the portal under the required tabs, you must have received your SSO ID and password credentials to log into the portal. Here are the steps through which you can log into the portal.

  1. First visit the official website once again by clicking on the link https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin.
  2. Now provide your SSO ID and your password.
  3. Provide the captcha details.
  4. Lastly, click on the option of Login.

It may happen that you may forget your SSO ID or your password at times. You do not have to worry as the site offers you help in this.

Forgot SSO ID

If you have forgotten your SSO ID, follow these steps to retrieve it.

  1. On the sign-in page, you will find the option of Forgot SSO ID, on which you have to click.
  2. This will take you to a page from where you have to select the document or the credential that you had chosen during the process of registration.
  3. Follow the steps and retrieve your SSO ID.

You can also retrieve your SSO ID by sending a text from your registered mobile number. Follow these steps for the process of SMS.

  1. Type the text RJ SSO in the SMS body of your mobile.
  2. Send this message to the number 9223166166.

The only thing that you need to keep in mind here is that the SMS facility is only applicable for the candidates who have got registered and have signed in at least once on the portal after the date 07/09/2018.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you need to follow these steps.

  1. Similar to Forgot SSO ID, you will find the option of Forgot Password on the sign-in page on which you have to click.
  2. A page will come up where you have to provide your SSO ID.
  3. Now, select from the options of Mobile Number, Email, or Aadhar.
  4. Depending upon what you have selected, you have to provide the required detail.
  5. Now enter the displayed Captcha.
  6. Finally, click on the option of Submit.

Apart from following the above-mentioned steps, you can also retrieve your password from your mobile too by following these steps.

  1. Type the text RJ SSO PASSWORD on your SMS body of your mobile phone.
  2. Send this message to the number 9223166166.

Similar to the SSO ID option, you can use the SMS facility only if you have signed in to the SSO portal at least once on or after 07/09/2018.

SSO Services

The SSO Rajasthan portal keeps on displaying the number of identities and applications that are getting updated regularly. As of now, there are more than 2 crores of identities registered on the portal.

As of the latest updates, there are around 223 numbers of Government to Government applications and 146 Government to Customer and Government to Business applications available on the portal.
